(1)What is good die SSD? Does good die SSD has Bad Block?
Good die SSD means it use good die level nand flash(which mapped by original fab) and controller, which is the best quality wafer for OEM market.
Bad blocks are blocks in the Nand flash that have one or more invalid bits. They may be unusable or weak and prone to errors. They may be present even in new SSD devices and may develop during the lifetime of the SSD, no matter OEM SSD or Major brand SSD.
