Power supply issues: SSDS require a stable power supply. Make sure the SSD power cord is properly connected to the power supply. Check that the power cord is intact and ensure that the power supply meets the power requirements of the SSD.
BIOS Setup: Go to the BIOS setup screen of the computer and check that the SSD is correctly identified. If not recognized, try rescanning the hardware or enabling the relevant hard disk controller options. Make sure the SSD is in the boot device list and set it as the main boot device (if you plan to install the operating system on the SSD).
